By accessing or using Swift Book Publishing's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We provide publishing services including editing, cover design, formatting, printing, Amazon KDP setup, marketing, and distribution. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements signed at project onboarding.

Payment terms are defined per project. Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case based on the stage of work completed. Full refund policy is provided in your service agreement.

You retain 100% ownership of your manuscript, cover, and all creative content produced under our services. Swift Book Publishing may use non-confidential project imagery and titles for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

You represent that your manuscript is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of factual claims, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content.

Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra fees. Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback from the author.

Swift Book Publishing does not guarantee specific sales, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for third-party platform policy changes (e.g., Amazon KDP).

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
